Hmmm.... and yet Washington state recently passed a law tying cops' hands so they can't force to stop a fleeing suspect from escaping if "probable cause" is absent. I wonder if one could just claim there's no probable cause as one runs away... it seems if there's not a trail of fake vac cards that the suspect leaves behind, how can he/she be arrested and charged?

Yeah, come to think about it, when did running away stop being probable cause itself?

This coming from a politico is classic:

"We’re talking about people who are intentionally committing an act of dishonesty,”

The whole way the covid thing has been handled is an intentional act of dishonesty.

Yeah.

Is a "mistake" an UN-intensional act of dishonesty?

- or-

What about the people being UN-intensionally dis-honest? Do we call them serial liers, or just ignoramuses?

I read: "COVID-19 doesn’t care what your vaccination status is."

Right now, King County is the only region within WA State that is enforcing a vaxx passport. Does this signal that they’re considering rolling it out statewide?

Outside King County most people have been ignoring covid for over a year. I'm positive they would do it if they could get away with it.

So the point of the proposed law is.....what exactly? Make it illegal to use a fake passport in a state that doesn't require passports....yep typical King Inslee BS.

We already have that in the UK with a £10k fine. Higher fines can be applied under different legislation if relevant!
