One of the most depressing things about being a stubborn Constitutionalist is the constant assault on the founding ideals of the country coming from (seemingly) everywhere at once.
“Deaths due to the COVID-19 vaccine are being intentionally hidden by the government,”
Regarding your point, the government originally counted ALL deaths WITH covid to get a huge overcount. Now, since many deaths are among the vaxed, almost all agencies make it very clear that most deaths are not FROM covid, but merely WITH. Can't encourage vax hesitancy!
However, the real point on this one is that the government very much DOES hide data about major adverse effects from the vax. None of them will admit to any serious safety signals, even as multitudes of young, healthy people are suffering "sudden and unexpected" deaths. Instead they blather on about SADS, climate change-induced cardiac issues, and long covid in order to distract from “deaths due to the COVID-19 vaccine". So no, they do not get awarded this point either.
Wow I completely misread that as "Deaths from covid" and not "deaths from the covid vaccine". I completely agree that government IS under reporting those. There's all sorts of stats they are hiding 'so as not to promote vaccine hesitancy'.
So yes, 1-for-8.
Edit: Added an edit in the article to note the mistake, but leaving it up for posterity.
And at least half of each upper level of government should be ensuring the next-lowest level of government is following the rules. States ensure cities are run cleanly, feds ensure states are run cleanly.
I'm so glad you used the airport liquids example. It is one of my favourites to demonstrate just how stupid official policy can be, how stupid the people are who blindly enforce it, how stupid the people are who sheepishly comply, and just how long this monstrous pile of stupidity can continue to grow unchecked except by people like us. How on earth homo sapiens remain at the top of the food chain is a mystery to me.
'Fart-sniffing, South Park style.' 'Old Man Yells at Cloud.' Can't decide which I like more.
And yeah, TSA. Early obedience training. A test, I think, of how much nonsense they could get away with. It worked spectacularly so on to the next level where we put on our own muzzles.
I can’t express to you how much I appreciate the things you have made us all aware of…..that ledge outside my window is looking pretty good to me after reading everything. I won’t jump…..scared of heights and I’d just make a mess. Milton Friedman was great and greatly missed. But, look, you and others are making people aware of things that we might want to just shove under the rug. THANK YOU!
I wonder what would happen if every person, of like mind, on these stacks', took 2 minutes/day to write a letter to your local government/school boards, congressman, senators, etc.?
Then what would happen if you spent another 10 minutes/day following -up?
Change to X ,Y, Z....starts with the A, B, C's
Everyone here can be a change agent. Take one less water break.
Those letters would simply find the office trash. If you've ever written to a rep, you know that you get one of two letters:
1 -- Thank you for writing about X! We agree, and I will keep fighting for X (and you!)
2 -- Thank you for writing about X. We do not agree but I value your input. (Sometimes in this version there's a history of the legislation of X, which you will almost certainly already know because you're writing in about it.)
IMO the play isn't to try to convince the 'leaders', it's to convince the people to ignore said 'leaders.'
Hell, my reps just stopped even sending the form letters. I make them answer the phone and collect my point. If anything it's gainful employment for a functionary. While technically they are to represent all their constituents, in fact some pigs are more equal.
Actually, I was told by my mother that before computers, one hand written letter represented 10,000 to 20,000 other people. I don’t know where she got that stat but, I hold onto it.
I hate bringing everything back to the masks, but I think its informative.
What parents did you see, when sending their kids of to school, ignore the "rules"?
Now what would happen if people banded together at the community level and said NO? And then wrote, called, followed up, went to board meetings and said we will not go away and we will not back down.
The community level is the key. That's the ABC's.
I didn't see too many people ignoring any rules over the last two years.
You and many others provide all the knowledge we need.
However knowledge is NOT power. Knowledge in ACTION is power.
I write and follow up all the time and it has effectuated change.
I think part of the problem with this approach is that we nearly all have different reps and school boards, etc. Would they even notice an increase? (incidentally, this is the problem Bernie people had, and the Ron Paulers before them. We hang out online but elections are a physical, often local, thing.)
I'm not sure if we have enough support in the physical, local world. 😟
We need to turn that 3-5% into 5-10%, then to 10-20%, and so forth. Obviously any way that we do that helps, but there's only so much time in the day. How much time do you spend beating your head against the 'credentialed' class versus persuading people who don't have a professional stake in the outcome?
I spent......a long time....banging my head on that wall. And I'd still be doing it if I thought there was even a chance it would bring that wall down. But it won't. We need another strategy.
I originally went with 1 for 8, but ultimately we can't be overcounting AND undercounting deaths.
I have no doubt they would like to inject chips, and have seen some tech along those lines, but not in this particular shot. All bets are off for the Omi shot, though. 😜
Deaths attributable to C19 were absolutely overcounted. Simply apply death attribution rules prior to March 2020 and don't lock down at all and we would have experienced a median number of seasonal respiratory distress deaths.
There was the Hopkins Phd candidate study, Denny Rancourt's work and multiple other countries that revised their C19 attributable deaths to a fraction. Furthermore, even the CDCs own numbers I believe assert that C19 ONLY deaths are in the range of 6% of the counted deaths.

As far as compromising with evil and how much any of us will do with it: they get us through our families. If you've finally got grandma into a supportive housing development where they actually feed her on time and ensure she gets fresh air every day and sleeps on clean linens and doesn't have to share a room with someone whose marbles fall all over the floor hourly, would you risk not being able to pay the monthly charges? Knowing what you got her out of?
Everyone has a choke collar like that in one way or another. The bravest people commenting boldly on Substack about how nothing will make them submit generally have almost nothing to really, truly, absolutely lose.
That does make it easier, no two arguments about it. It's a black and bitter barb in the soul, knowing that the impersonal Machine called modern society has got your loved ones as hostages.
Which is why we choose to embrace it as a choice and defend it too, I suppose. I'm not judging - I'm hoping and wishing for so many others to break their self-made shackles so that the sum total is so great the Machine must change too, or even break down.
I think though we shouldn't get over-sentimental about the past or imagine this is the tragedy only of our own species. From the point of differentiated cells it's the struggle for power and resources and it's always been luck in escaping the alpha pair if you want to have the privilege of raising your own family.
That bear who knocked the male straight off that mountain in Spain a couple of weeks ago when he came for her cub--she fell down after him, too. Haven't seen an update on if she survived what I assume were internal injuries--she made it back up but into a cave and the authorities were leaving food and water for her, and hadn't yet located the cub.
I still ran out of room to talk about the attempted federal takeover of elections OR use my Hillary picture! This is what I meant at the beginning -- so many avenues of attack, yet limited time in the day to defend.

Here's the big question nobody wants to talk about:
How many people actually died of covid and how many people will die from the forthcoming carnage...over, let's say the next 10 years?
My guess is 300 -500 mil globally
Not a good ratio.
Wow I completely misread that as "Deaths from covid" and not "deaths from the covid vaccine". I completely agree that government IS under reporting those. There's all sorts of stats they are hiding 'so as not to promote vaccine hesitancy'.

Problems should be solved at lowest level possible. States Rights? How about County rights!!@
And family, individual have sacrosanct rights that cannot be abridged... if they are, war could result
And government stops at national level.
Any treaties should be for very limited time, and certainly not Carter Blanche to go to war....your friend country MIGHT be at fault!
No world government. No world government. No world government.
I love my country. I hate UN, WHO, WEF, BRUSSELS all of it
And at least half of each upper level of government should be ensuring the next-lowest level of government is following the rules. States ensure cities are run cleanly, feds ensure states are run cleanly.
Clearly, you need an agency tasked with reducing the number of agencies...
We'e not living in Orwell's '1984' so much as in Gilliam's 'Brazil'!

And Government should have its Biden line.
1 (one) for 8 (eight) is way below either, I say. (One could argue that technically the bottom of the Biden line has yet to be determined...)
It seems like every time I check in Biden's poll numbers, it's a new record low from the last time I checked.
The only question seems to be who will dump him first, the voters or his own party.
Schwinn for the win!

Spot on SimComm.

Ryan Gardner, I’ve been preaching that for years and I
Denise -
Keep going. It's critical right now.
Pretty sure they're going to bring back NPI'S in the fall.
Use declarative statements that don't require a reply.
Example: "our family/I believe(s) the last two years were wrong. We will not tolerate it again.
You can leave it there. If they do reply, it's almost always someone you can ask an innocuous question.
Like;
would you want to do this all over again?
Or;
do you think the last two years benefited your family?
These are just examples.
Those letters would simply find the office trash. If you've ever written to a rep, you know that you get one of two letters:

Exactly. The government doesn’t value our input in the slightest. It’s already made up its mind (e.g. the FDA).
The only practical way to fight back is to “secede”. We can beat the system if we refuse to play.
Hell, my reps just stopped even sending the form letters. I make them answer the phone and collect my point. If anything it's gainful employment for a functionary. While technically they are to represent all their constituents, in fact some pigs are more equal.
I agree and my article is my opinion on what to do. The Time is now . . .
Right now is the right time to be RIGHT!
Fight on!
Actually, I was told by my mother that before computers, one hand written letter represented 10,000 to 20,000 other people. I don’t know where she got that stat but, I hold onto it.
I love this btw. In today's world people lose sight of the effect a personal touch can have
Yes. One technique. And follow-up
Influencers help too. Every community has those folks that are like minded

Like sales, any W is a series of small yes's through discovery. But none if it matters if you don't follow-up.
Clip the twigs don't try to chop down the tree. You don't have a big enough "axe" for that. None of us do.
I just think the twigs are the people who aren't paid to have an opinion backing up the narrative. I think those people are the trees.
well, I see your point.
Coordination and connection points are a big part of the solution, no?
there's a lot of opportunity cost and sunk time cost, by just saying let's ignore it.
I love this discussions. Honest brokers working in good faith for a common goal.
I get your point (and share the same sentiments) but it has an aftertaste of:
I don't vote, because of such and such
Be levered SimComm. We do, it's 3-5%. That's it.
How else are you going to shout from the tops of the mountaintops?
Just ignore everything? Just a question.
We need to turn that 3-5% into 5-10%, then to 10-20%, and so forth. Obviously any way that we do that helps, but there's only so much time in the day. I think we're parsing. Both can be done at the same time. How long are you willing to wait for that 20%?
I guess that's the question.
I can tell you this, as it relates to the c19 nonsense, the people will do it all over again. Trust me on that.
We came pretty close to a murder-mix redux of the thirties in less than a year.
The first time was bad...the second time is what you and I fear the most.
I think the solution and the problem plot the same way, with both our points. They are better combined.
I would assert 1 for 8 with only the microchip statement lacking any credible evidence. And yet . . .

Mr. Edwin, we can still win at the ballot box.
Yes we can.
Trump was a big middle finger, a speed bump and a clumsy door stop.
That's what was needed.
We should not be overally harsh.
He exposed the media and the ruling elite.
Who else on earth could've done that.
He's shameless...and that's just what we needed at the time
