Haha - threading the needle? Brandon can’t string scripted words together coherently. To balance these polar opposite groups would require someone with strong leadership skills, a demonstrated understanding of the issues and respect from both sides. Wishful thinking that JB could do that, but keep wishing…sometimes dreams do come true! 😉

I would be careful here. No knock warrants should be difficult to obtain, not impossible. Some are granted due to security concerns for hostages. As for qualified immunity, it is afforded to all public employees, not just law enforcement. The category of employee that uses qualified immunity the most is teachers. It's one of many reasons that school performance peaked in 1969 and then began a slow but steady descent into hell, concurrent with the National Education Association converting from an advocacy group for professional educators to a labor union.

Why single out police as the only people who are stripped of qualified immunity? One horrible teacher is positioned to do a lot more harm than an apartment full of trigger-happy cops.

Dang, I'm all out of bullets. Guess I shouldn't have "Fired all of my guns at once and/Explode into space/Like a true nature's child/I was born, born to be wild"

The no-knock was "mostly peaceful," too.

Did you notice how quiet they were at first? Almost like they didn't want to disturb any late-risers.

Amir Locke had the right stand his ground. The police STILL need to get a clue.

(Of course, the clueless protestors are "shooting themselves in the foot," too.)

Remember, peeps, lots of info to come out.

Let's not start shootin' from the hip like what's got both sides in trouble here. (Oh, well, I'll start shootin'. See above/below.)

I think I'll switch to sleeping with my long-barrel.

If they are searching for a perpetrator, why not stake-out and arrest upon exit.

If they are searching for evidence, why not execute the warrant directly after arrest.

I just don't understand the dire necessity of EVER trying to surprise.

Off topic, that CNN write-up was pretty darn good. Maybe I should check out their national news reporting.

My guess is that Biden won’t address the event at all. This is the first I’ve heard of it. A quick glance on CNN and Fox didn’t show any reporting on the shooting or protest. This is a losing issue for both the Democrats and the Republicans and they will ignore it as best as possible. After all, we have a war to start!

In response to the treading of a needle question, resident asterisk Brandon can't tie his own shoes, let alone make a positive difference in a rapidly self destructing society. And no one should look to this figurehead of declining western civilization for any kind of direction.

Justice has been a goal for thousands of generations, ever since the first tribes tried to cooperate with their neighboring tribes. That conflict is even less likely to be resolved with the ever growing sociopathic addiction to more "governance" and less individual liberty and freedom.

If only the MPD had buildings of their own to vandalize protestors wouldn't have to go after their fellow citizens.

Shame.

Third try: The Left doesn’t want progress, they want to foment chaos. The tearing down is intentional, it’s meant to tear things apart. The left wants everything destroyed to be rebuilt as heaven on earth…what they’ll end up with is hell.

First of all, Biden will go on vacation. Meanwhile, these protesters could give a shit for real and actual police reform. That’s not why they exist. They’re tools!
