Biden Issues Sweeping Immigration Executive Order
Plus -- Rand Paul and Kansas AG Kris Kobach fire back at the covid narrative
The Royals are on the West Coast this evening, which means the ‘writing’ part of today’s writing will come far too late to get published and discussed tonight, so I spent today diving into specifics of some important recent stories.
First up, President Biden held an event to announce new executive orders regarding immigration. To begin, Biden complained that previously, these provisions “couldn’t get off the ground” but now they are “passed” by executive order. (So much for following the rules of the Republic.) He then spent a view minutes bragging about ‘taking action’ to secure the border — and that Republicans have refused to do (under orders from Trump, obviously).
He then uttered a line that would have made my spit out my whiskey (had I been drinking whiskey) —
“Every nation must secure its borders, it’s that simple.”
This is the dude who literally UNsecured the border HIS FIRST DAY IN OFFICE! The same dude who then spent three years proclaiming the border was already secure! I haven’t seen such a blatant attempt at reversal of reality since KJP told us Democrats tried to open the schools but Republicans stood in the way.
Then immediately after telling us we must secure our borders, Biden goes on to explain why illegal immigration is actually a Good Thing, using the most sympathetic examples, DREAMers. (People who were brought here illegally by their parents at a young age.) “We’re a much better and stronger nation because of DREAMers,” Biden says.
In that vein, today’s executive order fast-tracks work visas for DREAMers and illegal immigrants who graduate from specific colleges. (Hopefully the terribly misaligned incentives here speak for themselves.)
Also getting a break are couples who have been married for over 10 years in which one person is an illegal immigrant. These people can now expect an expedited pathway to green cards, and they no longer have to leave the country to apply for legal status.
Biden then ends the event with another Trump rant, complaining about the terms Trump uses to refer to illegal immigrants (I’ve gone over some of these statements before) while — once again — failing to differentiate between legal immigrants and illegals. (Even though his EO today ONLY deals with illegals.)
Watch the entire event (if you lost a bet or something) below: (Biden takes the stage at 11:10)
I don’t see how rewarding the people ignoring the border makes the border more secure, but that’s Biden for you.
EDIT — Trump responds:
Also making waves today was Senator Rand Paul and the Senate Homeland Security Committee, which held a hearing into the origins of Covid-19. You can watch the entire hearing at this link, but here are a couple of highlights.
To start the hearing Rand Paul lays out the case that Covid-19 was a lab leak. It’s pretty damning to Fauci and his GoF crew.
Senator Josh Hawley (lol not Hartley as originally posted) isn’t holding back on “Proximal Origins” author and Fauci flunky Robert Garry, who was saying one thing publicly while saying the exact opposite privately.
(Side note: Robert Garry looks exactly like you would expect Robert Garry to look. He’s the epitome of every middle-managing yes-man toady who’s ever walked the earth.)
After the hearing, Paul hosted an additional hour-long lecture hosted by The Fund for America Studies. So much for Rand quietly going away…..
Good news that I missed yesterday — Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach is leading a multi-state effort to sue Pfizer for deceptive marketing regarding the company’s covid-19 vaccine. Here’s the AG’s opening remarks laying out the allegations:
If you prefer the legalese text form:
When asked for a comment by 27 News, Pfizer issued the following statement:
“We are proud to have developed the COVID-19 vaccine in record time in the midst of a global pandemic and saved countless lives. The representations made by Pfizer about its COVID-19 vaccine have been accurate and science-based. The Company believes that the state’s case has no merit and will respond to the suit in due course.
Pfizer is deeply committed to the well-being of the patients it serves and has no higher priority than ensuring the safety and effectiveness of its treatments and vaccines. Since its initial authorization by FDA in December 2020, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been administered to more than 1.5 billion people, demonstrated a favorable safety profile in all age groups, and helped protect against severe COVID-19 outcomes, including hospitalization and death.
Patient safety is our number one priority, which is why we follow diligent safety and monitoring protocols.”
You can watch the full press conference here, or view the entire 169-page complaint here.
Remember how I said that the covid reckoning won’t come from DC? This is exactly what I meant. And four other states are following the same path!
I’m always on the lookout for two interesting people sitting down and talking, so I’m greatly looking forward to devouring this recent Glen Greenwald interview with Tucker Carlson. According to Carlson’s page, the pair discuss Ed Snowden, the Intel agencies and their censorship, the fall of the ACLU, and rising authoritarianism around the globe.
I’ll most likely do a write-up of this after watching, but I wanted to let you guys know that it’s out there!
It’s good to remember that not ALL Hollywood actors are insane. Here’s Tim Robbins talking to Russell Brand about what our covid response did to us as a society.
Talk about bringing the heat and announcing your presence with authority!
Finally, here’s an adorable picture of Bonnie getting away from the heat by coming inside for a nap on her favorite hoodie:

I'll get caught up one of these days...
"...helped protect against severe COVID-19 outcomes..."
Don't let the evil pukes get away with this shameless moving of the goalposts! We all know that's NOT what was promised. We were told repeatedly by big pharma, the media, and countless "experts" and politicians that it would flat-out stop infection and transmission of the virus. Anything less than stopping infection could have been managed far more safely and effectively with treatment (possibly off-label use of low-cost meds) rather than experimental "vaccines".
I hope everyone here has saved quotes and other evidence of what the jab was promised to do, so we can shove it down their throats when they try to claim otherwise. I even posted a video way back in May of 2022 explaining how "In Pfizer's Own Words" the jab was a failure. YouTube did not take down the video or place (another) strike on my channel for telling the truth, because every single thing I stated in the video cited either Pfizer's own document or official government health data and could not be refuted. The absolute smoking gun (and what my video primarily focused on) is Pfizer's internal "Postmarketing Experience" document which they submitted to the FDA in April 2021. In it they conveniently defined "vaccination failure". Spoiler: anyone who got at least two jabs and then had a confirmed case of covid after more than seven days fit that definition. There are literally MANY MILLIONS of people who suffered "vaccination failure" according to the original definition from Pfizer, so never let them get away with their "safe and effective" BS!
