Yeah, isn't that cute? If we get to where we are sheltering from nukes, I don't think many of us are going to be worrying about spreading a virus. At that point I would expect a lot of hugging and comforting people rather than maintaining distance and masking. Some of those public health and preparedness bureaucrats should try visiting the real world now and then.

Trying to figure out what changes on March 11. Why not lift the mandate now? It appears that King Inslee wants to ensure everyone knows that he's still king so we must wait for him to gratify us.
The thing is, "THE science" changed when California and Oregon announced they were dropping their mandates. Inslee can't be expected to make informed decisions based on actual science; he just automatically follows what our neighbors to the south do. That's the type of "leader" he is!
He can't come out and say it's safe today after saying it's unsafe yesterday. Two weeks ago 'the science' said we were 4 1/2 weeks away, but now we can move that up 9 days. By next week maybe the science will say it's already safe?
Heck, maybe by tomorrow morning depending on how this speech goes.
