Isn't CISA the agency Matt Taibbi meant to identify a while back, but a typo got used against him unfairly?

https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2023/10/03/fifth-circuit-cisa-ruling-biden-first-amendment/71051110007/

In any case, CISA *is* a censor, and they are here further exposed as such.

Incidentally, CISA, I believe, just got added back to the injunction in Missouri v Biden after the appeals court reconsidered its earlier decision to exclude them. Please correct me if I'm wrong. https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/ca5/23-30445/23-30445-2023-10-03.html

You're correct! The Biden side thinks this is an emergency that requires a fast review of the case......which tells you everything you need to know.

They tried to say that CISA wasn't a censor and he was talking about another group, but it turns out that BOTH groups were censoring.

Now I remember.

In other words, the State narrative keepers tried to attack one of their primary foils on a technicality, but in the end were hoist on their own censored petard!

Too bad the news is so suppressed (read: censored).

Yep. I went over it here:

https://simulationcommander.substack.com/p/cacophony-of-clowns-catch-up

Relevant portion (minus pictures that provide context):

“Lie #1” — CIS (Center for Internet Security) vs CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency). Plaskett alleges that Taibbi “lied” in a tweet (not even congressional testimony) that CISA worked with the EIP (Election Integrity Partnership) to remove posts from social media. From the letter:

The problem with this allegation from Plaskett — as Lee Fang brilliantly proves in his Substack article — is that both CIS and CISA WERE working with the EIP to remove posts from social media. From page 31 of the EIP’s final report:

Here we literally have not only CIS AND CISA working with the EIP, we have them WORKING TOGETHER!

Thank you! I read your column (of course) and that Lee Fang one.

My problem is, I read and spout, but do no archiving/organizing for quick retrieval/research. (And even as my memory fades with old age, I'm not going to start now, dag burn it!).

What I *really* owe you for, Commander, is doing that for me while putting up with me at the same time, and believe me, it is a debt I can never repay. I don't think you can even imagine how much I appreciate what you have done and do for this introvert of six decades.

I hope you will continue, but if you weary of me, you would still be golden in my book, forever.

The SUV didn't plow through the parade marchers and kill some? I feel stoopid...could someone please educate me on this one?

This one is talking about how the media kept saying the SUV did it, and not the person actually driving the SUV.

I knew we were in trouble a decade ago when progressives started using the term "hate speech" as an excuse for censorship, and they weren't laughed out of the courtrooms.

And, somehow, calling people "deplorables" isn't hate speech. Go figure.

Not sorry for this hate speech.

*shrug* It's not like we're plotting the overthrow of the government, so the people who are suggesting such a thing will stick out like sore thumbs. (As a bonus, we can offer to inform on those guys and start getting paid by the FBI!)

Remember, there's nothing in the constitution prohibiting overthrowing political parties. They aren't the government.

I was being snarky, (although the plotting part seems to be engineered by the feds in other cases) but can’t say joking. Not enough trust to go that far

The problem with their thinking is the same one they have when it comes to demographics: Assuming that once somebody is on their side, they stay on their side. But it turns out that minorities are like breakfast tacos and are unique -- and many actually think for themselves.

Plenty of solid "D's" today will flee the Ds as their situation continues to deteriorate. (And since Biden and crew sucks, everything they do makes it worse.)

After digesting this long list of theatre performances, I want to say that the Biden Admin early on claiming that Border Agents were horse whipping people trying to escape oppression was really the lowest of the low. It was a bold faced lie from the beginning but both Biden and our VP of color referenced that their actions triggered memories of their ancestor slaves being whipped by their “mastuhs”...the guards were demoted, paid less money, etc and they did NOTHING wrong. That is some frightening tactics approved by the POTUS.

That sort of division runs through everything Biden does......

That’s the rich irony...people think Trump is a mean bully.... he’s got nothing on Joe. Biden is a nasty vindictive SOB and politics are blood sport for him. The end justifies the means.

Interesting side note: Judge Janeen Pirro, was a drug enforcing judge for a year.... she says that drug tests done on hair produce positive results long after the drugs are no longer detectable in saliva or blood... hence Jrs. snappy buzz cut in court yesterday.

Bait and switching abounding.

State actors are always so well planned.

And the opposition party? It's eating its own, but Gingrich is wrong about Gaetz.

McCarthy gives the Dems what they want...and they still vote lock, stock, and barrel to oust him...

https://thehill.com/opinion/campaign/4236973-democrats-vote-to-oust-mccarthy-shows-they-have-no-interest-in-bipartisanship/

He came in with Paul Ryan and Eric Cantor, I believe, and outlasted both.

Maybe Jim Jordan (a founder of the freedom caucus) will fight better, while leashing Matt Gaetz, or conscripting his "attack dog" services.

I became interested in substack a few year ago during the height of covidism when Hillary and Chelsea Clinton gave a talk about how they wanted to end disinformation on the internet, and they mentioned substack specifically.
