It’s hardly surprising to see the people on the losing side insist that they were rooting for the winning team all along. Just human nature, I suppose. The lack of accountability for all the suffering and economic destruction is what I find the most tragic.
Some might disagree with me, but I think Chris Cuomo seems to be taking a similar journey to the one taken by Tucker Carlson. Remember, Tucker used to be a Democrat who worked for CNN. Jon Stewart, of all people, went on Crossfire to call Tucker and his co-host “political hacks.”
Most news anchors are glorified actors, paid to say what their bosses tell them to say. In most cases, they are not allowed to voice their own opinions or to be objective in any way. Here’s an example:
I forget where I read this, but Birx’s plan to fight Covid was based largely on the strategy she used to fight AIDS in Africa — large scale quarantine, treat children as potential disease vectors, etc. Of course, Covid and AIDS were completely different, and Birx’s strategy didn’t work for AIDS or Covid. She failed across the board — a common theme throughout her “distinguished” career.
Birx is the Deep State, and long Covid is vaccine injury. Regarding Chris Cuomo, I am not interested in his dishonesty. Mario and Birx should never go back into ‘public service’ again, and I’m being gracious.
