Yes, organizing your finances is key. That is how I also organize my finances. What about those finances that got soda spilled on them in the truck? I'd bring them in and wash them off but I can't stand touching them. So there they sit. I'm thinking maybe if I take the truck to the carwash and ask nicely, they'll take care of that...
I'm not sure if it isn't the "red car syndrome," that is if you have a red car all you see on the highway are more red cars. However, there seem to be a whole bunch more tuxedo cats with spots on their faces since Snoots moved in. My nurse spent the night last night (I had a scary atrial fibrillation episode - I MUST give up caffeine again). Snoots, fickle as he is, spent some time in bed with her as well. I think it's time for divorce or a counselor.
It is. I used to have them, but I forgot how they worked. Now, just cause, I not only have constant A-Fib, I have been having the paroxsysmal episodes as well. Lucky me. Caffeine is a contributor. So is my weekly social interaction wine taste wine consumption. Back to 7 cups of vegetables a day. Ugh. I could never sustain that.
Chaco, Donald, and Pollyanna would not like more pets. Enough already. It's kind of tedious feeding 4 cats, one of whom must be separated from the others.
The episodes are a couple hours, but leave me feeling as if something has happened. No more caffeine for me. Not going to today's wine taste. Trying to reduce stressors. At least my vitamin D is high. haha
The one with the balls made me think of government spending, not joking either.
And the one with the coins... Jul, a couple of years ago. Coincidences and circumstances cospired so that the wife's paycheck and my pension both were to be paid out /after/ Jul. What to do?
Open the literal piggy bank. Turned out it was over 2 700:- in there, in coins (about $250). The look on the face of the poor stoor clerk when we paid for 1 500:- of groceries in small change, was nothing compared to the faces of the tourists behind us in the line at the petrol-station, when we paid for 1 000:- of diesel, one coin at a time.
Thank you so much! I love when you compile these together. I think one of the first I saw you share was the two sheepdogs who would ride on the back of an ATV, go run to herd sheep and then hop back on the ATV. Led me to Sean the Sheepman on YT
they were all so great. Monday again, how did it happen?
Yesterday morning I finished vacuuming the kitty rooms, and started walking down the hall and tripped on the vacuum cleaner cord! whaaaat? crashed my knee. I was major pissed.
But, I have strong knees (former figure skater) and that was okay.
then:
I spent the whole entire afternoon playing with my grand girls 6 and 9. we went to three playgrounds. then walked all the way home and ate a bunch of snacks.
I scraped my left elbow barely, but the blood was pouring out, my daughter (the mom) flipped out. anyway, it looks gross today but it will be super better soon
I hope this is a good week for everyone.
I am thinking of you and your mom, please keep loving her and hugging her.
I'll post again what I always think when I see these stories..."If there are no dogs in Heaven, then when I die I want to go where they went." Will Roger

The counselor will no doubt recommend increased pets and treats.
Hope you're feeling better today! That sounds terrifying!

My favorite was infinite math.
It was a real challlenge: I love cats vs I am a mathematician.
Marvelous. The math video with the balls is the perfect example of how government has grown over the last 150 years.
It seems to me to be about population growth too. Maybe not.
SC - Gangsta, Bonnie & Spunky updates are always the best.

Lucky = wrong breed, right color. I miss my little "Lucky Dog," so very much. One of the best dogs ever. 😢
Holy shit, I need that "Not all who wander" one as a bumper sticker.
