We’ve got a little bit of everything in today’s post, so let’s get right to it!
We’ll start with covid data, which is continuing to destroy the official narrative that non-pharmaceutical interventions are the reason for the drastic drop in covid numbers. Following SNL’s terribly not-funny skit wondering if NPIs did any good, now the New York Times is starting to ask questions.
Do Covid Precautions Work?
Yes, but they haven’t made a big difference.
Turns out that despite all the lockdowns and the masking and the social distancing and the limiting of capacity, the virus is still going to virus its way through the population! IF ONLY SOMEBODY HAD BEEN SAYING THIS FOR YEARS BEFORE WE DESTROYED OUR WAY OF LIFE!!!
But even when the media is asking the right questions, they can’t help but display their bias. Notice the way the data is broken up? Not by vaccination status, but by VOTE STATUS. (Strangely, “Didn’t vote” isn’t included, despite likely winning every county) Then they have the nerve to wonder how covid got so political. It’s a mystery!
In addition, vaccine safety data has finally hit the public, and it’s………not good. Dr. John Campbell goes over the information with his 2.2 million subscribers. Spoiler alert: The vaccine is not as safe as advertised.
Continuing with yesterday’s theme of government theft, the UK froze the assets of Roman Abramovich, owner of the Chelsea soccer club. This has thrown the organization into chaos, as they can no longer sell tickets or merchandise — effectively, though not officially, destroying the team.
Chelsea have been given a special license (which runs out on May 31, 2022) to continue to operate as a club but they will not be able to buy and sell players, hand out new contracts to current players and benefit financially through merchandise, new ticket sales and many other avenues.
The UK government may ‘vary, revoke or suspend’ this license at any time, so there is the potential for the license to change in order for Chelsea to be sold but it appears the UK government will take over that process.
While poking around into why government can steal these assets, I came upon a case that may rival my favorite asset forfeiture case of all time. Here’s the reigning champion:
UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff,
v.
AN ARTICLE of hazardous substance CONSISTING OF 50,000 cardboard BOXES more or less, each containing one pair OF CLACKER BALLS
And the challenger:
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff,
v.
ONE MICHAEL JACKSON SIGNED THRILLER JACKET AND OTHER MICHAEL JACKSON MEMORABILIA
What do you think? Does this ‘new’ case take the title? I like to imagine an officer questioning the jacket cover under a bare lightbulb.
“You get him to talk yet?”
“No, the bastard just sits there looking cool as ice. Doesn’t say a word.”
“Well, keep at it, we’re getting paid overtime on this case.”
Turning to the world of censorship, a hearty “Welcome to the Banned” to former Forbes writer Adam Andrzejewski, who is now on Substack. His first post is a recap of how he got fired for crossing Anthony Fauci.
Additionally, Oliver Stone’s film “Ukraine on Fire” was removed from YouTube — officially because of graphic content. But the film was made in 2016 and has been up since. NOW it’s graphic content? Sure.
Producer Igor Lopatnok responded in an incredibly libertarian way.
The film is here. Download it yourself! Upload it somewhere! It’s your movie!
And if you watch “Ukraine on Fire”, you’ll hear Victoria Nuland and Geoffrey Pyatt discussing who should head the new Ukrainian government. Nuland was in the news just recently answering a question about biological weapons in Ukraine:
A couple weeks ago the existence of such labs was a conspiracy theory. Now if they fall into Russian hands, there will be a biological attack? That’s completely illogical — if the Russians wanted to use biological weapons they already have the capability. They don’t need our research in Ukrainian labs to make that happen.
But Nuland’s testimony spurred the establishment into action like smashing an anthill with a baseball bat. The labs that didn’t exist just weeks ago were old news! The US doesn’t OWN the labs, so they aren’t REALLY US labs, the fact-checkers furiously report!
Take a look at the files for yourself and decide if this is simply maintenance on old labs, or if the lying liars are still lying.
And nowhere do we see more lying (maybe, it sounded good) than the events of January 6, 2021. But even the reporters themselves know they are lying, a new video from Project Veritas confirms.
Rosenberg, who covers national security matters for the Times says on the undercover video that “there were a ton of FBI informants among the people who attacked the Capitol.”
This revelation is a break from Rosenberg’s reporting on the matter where he characterized such a notion of FBI informants in the crowd as a “reimagining of Jan. 6.”
This was not the only time Rosenberg’s commentary to Project Veritas’ undercover reporter directly contradicted his own published words. Despite telling a Veritas journalist that January 6 was “no big deal,” his article says that downplaying the events of that day was “the next big lie.”
Funny how the truth eventually comes out, isn’t it?
I didn't know you had a substack. Thank you for sharing a link on Berenson's substack.
An Oliver Stone movie...really?
