The goal is to be re-elected and have access to the money laundering machine in DC. That is the business of government.

That's one I would stick around and watch. I normally ignore the halftime shows. (I did watch the one with Eminem and all the old-school rappers, but it was like listening to radio edits of my childhood. Did not enjoy.)

Though honestly as a product of the uniparty, it's a masterpiece. It's everything donors could want (cheap labor, money for the MIC, and an importation of millions of new peasants to dilute the power of the old peasants). And regular people don't get to complain about it because they wanted immigration reform and border security, and they got it, right? It says so right there in the title of the bill and Chris Murphy's thread.
