Yes. On Monday, my girl Aspen that is G's twin batted my daughters lure while she was taking a fish off and got it caught in her paw. She broke the line and took off. Harrowing couple of hours.
I am days behind on my reading. Just read this and praying he is home soon! It is always hard to let them out to be cats when they carry our hearts around with them!
Sending good vibes. In case it is helpful, when one of our cats went missing, we got a cat trap and put one of his toys and one of my husband's t-shirts in it. After five days, he made his way into the trap. Before that we caught two other cats and a possum. One of the cats was a sweet kitten who was happy to take a treat and be let out. The other one looked at us like we were the biggest assholes that ever lived, even more so than the possum.

I do hope he comes back. It might be one of those superhero things, you know? Has to vanquish evil before coming back for familial appearances. You know, kinda like... Mr. Incredible!
