Another instance of people who claim that ‘democracy is under attack’ ignoring proper procedures and unilaterally making rules:
#6 is the worst part — it punts the definition of ‘up to date’ to the CDC. If the CDC wants future boosters, they will be mandated automatically.
A person is “up to date” with their COVID-19 vaccination when they have received all doses in the primary series and all boosters recommended for them by the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, when they become eligible.
This is an idea so dumb that only Jay Inslee would do it, and we haven’t even touched on how boosted people are more susceptible to covid than non-boosted……
