In a way, we are in big trouble if the best the Democrats had was a very corrupt Biden as their choice. Given that in the primaries they had a bunch of excessive progressives with no real chances they ended up with Biden. They could have picked Yang except he was of the 'wrong' type or Gabbard who was 'wrong' by being a bit too honest. Biden despite all his known issues was selected as Obama's patsy and along with him perhaps the ultimate climber, Harris, who should have been easy to control until her total stupidity was revealed. The deeper Republican stable ought to be a much better position if they can avoid a Trump trap.
But in Obama's third term was see the fruits of the new America vision. It isn't pretty with so many brainwashed into accepting a false view of some original sin long since demolished by minority success stories. Still the public remains somewhat unaware of these political failures. The next few years, hopefully, may be a full public rejection of Biden, the Obama redefinition of American culture and the corruption related to the green new deal. They really picked the worse patsy.
And they had to cheat the system to get him to win the primary in the first place. Remember Amy K and Pete G dropping out before Super Tuesday and endorsing him, ensuring one 'establishment' candidate to take on Bernie instead of three or four splitting the votes?
The fix was in, so blame the DNC or more likely Obama who had to eat his disgust with Joe. They knew he could be controlled, although I suspect he has fought those controls. His efforts to end Afghanistan were, I suspect, all Biden continuing his quest to be always wrong about foreign policy. My guess he insisted and stuck to that.
I didn’t like Klobuchar but she would have been someone to contend with. Buttigieg is a flower who is getting too big for his britches. I knew who these two were I just didn’t make connection with the initials you gave. Thanks, mystery solved. Also, did she really eat her salad with her comb?
I don't know if you saw the story about Ashley Biden's diary and her intimations that Joe (her father) acted in a physically inappropriate manner toward her. The suggestion is he sexually abused her.
After hearing that I slightly re-evaluated Hunter Biden's situation. He might not be a spoiled rich kid, or he might not be *only* a spoiled rich kid. He could be dealing with the aftereffects of childhood sexual abuse, or at least seeing his sister sexually abused. I mean think about it. Jill Biden doesn't seem a particularly strong person to begin with morally, and she is their stepmother and not their mother. She clearly married Biden to advance herself, so she wouldn't have said anything if she'd caught him abusing the children.
