I'm of the mind that regular mammograms and PSA tests lead to overtreatment (not to mention the extremely lucrative dermatology exams and not-always-necessary Mohs surgery for "non-melanoma" skin cancers, and I'm speaking from direct experience here.). So not getting a PSA – at least for a regular citizen – is understandable, at least to me.
What none of these stories mention is whether or not he had the dreaded Anal Probe since 2014. That may have been a little more specific? We keep being told that PSA can indicate other problems besides cancer. What about probing an enlarged prostate?

We can't know for sure that Biden has cancer, we won't see his medical records, and even if we did, those could have been falsified. Judging by their past performances, I believe nothing which the Biden camp says so why would I believe this? I hope for biden's sake that the information is a fabrication as metastasized prostate cancer is a painful condition. If true, I feel bad for him. But he would've absolutely needed a PSA test yearly in order to keep life insurance. Its required.
And if the PSA test was concerning there's no way he wasn't subjected to a full screening specifically for prostate cancer.
I think all easily treatable means is you can survive long time, if caught before it spreads to the bones.
