Sorry for the lack of posts lately, but my main little dude and #1 editor is having a rough time of it the last few days, so I’m spending my free time fussing over him. (Positive vibes sent his way are appreciated!)
What I’ve learned in six months as a Substack writer. Four lessons: Substack writers support one another; Substack itself is the biggest media story in years; people in “blue” states have been some my biggest supporters and Citizen Free Press was a game-changer.
Simulation Commander has been one of my greatest supporters and encouragers almost from Day 1. Thanks, my brother. Look after that top editor!
Matt Taibbi got the Substack founders to delete Gene Frenkle’s Substack account and drafts along with all of the comments he ever made on all of Substack.
Well, this sucks……..is Bonnie sick as well? This is always bad………we always want ourselves to be sick, not our animals…….I can see from everyone here that a lot of angels are sitting on your shoulders. Please keep us all posted even if it is the slightest thing…..okay?
Bonnie is just fine! She wasn't around for food this morning but I saw her twice yesterday....she's probably wondering why G hasn't been around to keep her company.
As for G, he's still eating and isn't 100% anti-social, so I'm not hearing glaring alarm bells, but he's clearly feeling crappy. This sounds dumb, but we switched his food up last week and I'm hoping that he just hurt his throat while jamming in his face (this food is a little bigger than his last one).
If that's not it, it's possible there's some minor obstruction causing discomfort when eating regular food. (He's switched to soft food for now and is having no problems while eating that.)
Ok, now you just make me chuckle……however, since you brought it up,…….and since you said you changed his food, he could be plugged……how are his bowels…….yes, I said it. I know I can’t be the only one who has thought of it……..well?
Good point, but it might be argued that a lazy society is a successful society.
