A Hard Davos Week

Saving the planet, but maybe not the people on it

This week, the self-styled “elites” gassed up their private jets and headed to Davos, spewing more pollution into the air in a week than most of us do in a year. Once they scurried away from any semblance of tough questions, attendees of the World Economic Forum (of own nothing and be happy fame) meeting couldn’t wait to tell you how wonderful they are for “saving the planet”:

But how, exactly, does John Kerry propose to “save the planet”? Money, money, money, money, money, money, money. Namely, he plans on taking YOUR money and “redistributing” it to his well-connected buddies.

After all, when you’re saving the planet, does anything else even matter? THIS IS A CRISIS, PEOPLE!

Certainly quaint things such as “free speech” aren’t important WHEN EARTH IS LITERALLY (figuratively) ON FIRE! That’s why when somebody speaks out against the Great Reset (which was a conspiracy theory before it wasn’t), it should be ILLEGAL HATE SPEECH.

Everybody understands that not only do the “leaders” know Earth’s optimum temperature, with enough money and power they can also get the planet to that temperature, AND THEY CAN KEEP IT THERE! Anything else is a crazy conspiracy theory.

That’s why it’s vital (for democracy!) that the elites ignore the wishes of their constituents and “shape” public opinion about important issues by silencing dissenters. (Sound familiar?)

And if you’re one of the people who’s sick and tired of hearing about a virus you’ve probably already recovered from — don’t worry, the “experts” will continue to scare you in order to control you (and enrich themselves).

And if the “shaping” and “nudging” doesn’t work, there’s always the aforementioned hate speech laws or WHO “treaty”!

But who enforces the hate speech ban or the WHO treaty? None other than the FBI! (I guess we found out why Wray was there in the first place!)

The word for “public/private partnerships” ingrained in “all the technology” is fascism — something that Wray and the rest of the FBI is quite familiar with. The “wrong hands” that he’s worried about are yours and mine — hands that may commit the ultimate sin of telling the truth.

On one hand, this snippet from Krampus is positive news. The backlash against the WEF/Great Reset is growing, and the tyrants are forced to play some defense for the first time in my memory. They are desperate to keep people from speaking because they know their ideas can’t hold their own. They MUST shut down the debate.

On the other hand, the tyrants have lots of ideas to continue the control crisis:

A prototype of this system was actually in place during the Davos event, with attendees required to take a covid test to retain access to the event. Those who returned a positive test result had their badges electronically disabled — as did those who refused to take the test, proving exactly how easy it is to “turn off” dissenters who refuse to go along with the latest tyrannical demand. (Ask Canadian truckers about that one!)

All of this is being done to increase the control of the “elites.” They want to decide where you are able to go (nowhere) and what you are able to say (nothing) and what you are able to eat (chirp, chirp).

What do you want to bet that the WEF lackeys aren’t included in the “billion people” who stop eating meat? (Anything less than all of your possessions is the wrong answer.)

And this gets to the heart of the matter — the WEF elites want to control YOU and they don’t care about how you survive their soul-crushing edicts. (And if you don’t, maybe that’s good for the planet anyway!) They talk a good game about how wonderful and benevolent they are, all while pushing policies that cause the collapse of society.

Know what you don’t see in any of these WEF videos? Talk about how the “elites” are going to use their immense resources to provide cheap energy for the working populations of the planet and lift them out of poverty. There’s no talk at all about creating MORE, only about restricting what we have. The self-appointed “leaders” will divvy up whatever energy they “allow” and will always get first dibs. They will write favorable rules (just like their private jet exemption in the EU), and then when they want to break those rules they pay for BS carbon credits to the well connected.

That’s why these top-down systems always seem to end up like this:

This brings us (once again) to the ultimate question — how should we divide scarce resources, via political fiat or through the free market of voluntary transactions?

Contrary to the narrative, people like me aren’t libertarians because we want kids to work 20 hours a day in the monocle-polishing factory. (That’s just a bonus!) We are libertarians because the free market gets the most “stuff” to the most people. We are libertarians because we know when the “elites” get together to decide how to “run society,” they give zero fucks about actual people and their struggles.

We saw this in spades during covid — and many of the people featured in videos here today were also instrumental in the insane covid overreaction that just happened to open the door for a massive (unauthorized) expansion of state power.

As far as I’m concerned, the WEF can spew their climate garbage to whoever will listen. They can try to convince people to voluntarily give up their gas stoves. They can rain cash down upon whoever they wish — right up until that cash goes to government officials to use its giant sledgehammer to enact favorable laws. As I have discussed before, GOVERNMENT IS FORCE. Once you cross the line from suggestion to demand you cease to be “one of the good guys” — if you ever were one.
