Hey Joe! Here’s my story.

I haven’t tested positive for COVID-19. Thankfully, I haven’t had CoVid and am grateful for the natural protection that comes from my immune system not damaged by being vaccinated and boosted. I encourage everyone to avoid vaccination.

And his staff is grateful for his protection from the public viewing his increasing mental decline. Thanks again, Covid!

Resistance may be passive; insurrection is always active and is by implication done by an external force.

Thats also the reason the Democrat media chose "insurrection", not the more correct rioting, which is neutral.

This is just to observe that the White House is lying about Biden isolating himself after his positive test, unless he managed to take both the photo and the video of himself that he's posted on Twitter. He's maskless in both, of course.

SimCom, Do you think Trump will run. Best guess, please.

Expand full comment

Yes. And he's probably stupid enough to announce before the midterms.

Expand full comment

Laughing……

Expand full comment

The second he announces he makes it all about him. Which might be great for his ego but would be terrible for the elections -- which should be completely about Joe Biden and the last two years. It might be the only reason the squishy left even votes (or might be the excuse to zap up a few million marked ballots). There's no reason at all for him to jump in now. DON'T INTERRUPT YOUR ENEMY WHEN HE IS MAKING A MISTAKE.

"What’s the Difference Between Resistance and Insurrection?"

Simple. "Resistance" in 2022 is fighting in favour of whatever the global corporations, oligarchs, Deep State and supranational organizations want. Think AOC or Extinction Rebellion.

"Insurrection" is fighting for the opposite of what they want.

Also, here's the full meme you posted:

We all know which Party loves, and is loved by, the State.

The Regime switches sides, though. I'm old enough to remember the Dubya years, so keep an eye out, because the deep staters are probably franticly hunting for an electible Republican they can co-opt who will shill for the deep state and its dirty wars. You may have read Darrell Cooper's thread or seen it on Greenwald: https://outsidevoices.substack.com/p/author-of-the-mega-viral-thread-on

Expand full comment

Exactly right, but "co-opt" is the operative word here, imo.

The bottom-line reality is the modern U.S. State is 5 (five) to 10 (ten) times too big, so big now, today, that entire humanity-dependent markets like healthcare and healthcare insurance, to name just two, are entirely destroyed (co-opted!), and made to serve the wealthy and elite, rather than the free and independent individual.

Now, today, the reality is Republicans must be made to go against their awakened constituencies; Democrats, and Democrat constituencies, only need to be reminded.

It has occurred to me that for the third straight election cycle we will see the two most odious and unqualified candidates in the country run. Surely we can do better.

A lottery would work better. Edit: also, a lottery would be far mor representative, as probability doesn't play favourites - though the woke does call maths raist, so who knows.

That would be worth trying, in all seriousness: voting at local county and state level, and appointment by lottery for congress and the presidency.

Would become impossible for businesses to create egulatory capture, especially if you put in a rule that once you've had your turn, you're uneligible for that lottery again.

Can't be more democratic than the statistical average of the people gverning the people, can it?

Re the bonus story. It’s the first time the words “Biden” and “positive” have appeared in the same sentence. But where is this going?

Biden steps away and Harris steps forward. FFS. I can’t imagine a worse VP than Pelosi. Except one whose name begins with C and rhymes with Clinton. Or Mrs Obama. Harris, like Biden, is intentionally disposable so the transition from VP to the Oval Office would be unseemly rapid.

And then he awoke and realised it was all a terrible nightmare.

Biden and positive.

Russiagate was quite literally Clinton oppo research laundered through legacy media and our national security apparatus used for propagandistic purposes on the American people.

Expand full comment

And how lucky for the Clintons that Trump's entire term was consumed by it instead of the investigation of the hoax.......

Expand full comment

You’re absolutely right………how CONVENIENT.

Expand full comment

Well, the Clintons are lucky in that the Swamp protects its own. The investigators, by and large, hated Trump and supported Clinton; the attorneys who would have prosecuted hated Trump and supported Clinton; the judges who would have presided hated Trump and supported Clinton; and the jury pool predominantly consists of people who hated Trump and supported Clinton.

And people act surprised when the Clintons act with impunity.

Expand full comment

Sometimes it's only through the distance that time can give that people come to understand the gravity of something, and I think that'll be the case with both Russiagate and the pandemic response. I just wish it could be quickened a bit.

15 - 20 years is my guess?

Were you thinking sooner?

I think much sooner, actually. The world moves too fast and history is too ruthless when it comes to revealing the truth. I think 5 - 7 years.

I can see that too.

On the other hand it's been 2.5 years! I think a good portion are moving on with casual indifference and just hoping that somehow this all goes away. I think that's why they get so annoyed if the topic is brought up. This phase of the formation is the most annoying part to me.

There's a part of me that thinks people don't want to know the truth.

For the most part I think that's why I'm pessimistic with my time frame.

I hope you're right though

Somehow we need to get rid of the deep state. I propose firing everyone in the federal government with an odd social security number ... and if that doesn't work, fire those with even social security numbers. Send the money back to the taxpayers and the states.

Expand full comment

We have to decentralize. We just have to.

That step alone would eliminate over half the grift.

I honestly see that as a single issue a candidate could run on and win.

Mainly because it would be easy to explain how the concentration of power has led to pillaging of the middle class.

And the solution would be easy to explain. Because I think people would understand, by doing so, there would be more accountability at the local level.

Expand full comment

Trump’s EO on reclassifying federal employees would have helped a great deal (sorry -tx I’m old and don’t recall the details, but it classified most federal employees such that they can be fired). Of course Biden revoked it immediately on taking office, which is the problem (or the benefit, depending on your perspective) with EOs.

We need to decentralize — move entire departments out of DC to other parts of the country, and eliminate other departments altogether. Also on my wish list — term limits.

Expand full comment

Omg, you are so right. I’ve been bitching for decentralizing for ages. The first thing I would eliminate is the Department of Education like Ronald Reagan wanted to do. And, no one should be immune from being fired. Let’s start with Randi Weingarten.

So you’re telling me that if Trump had fired Birx, Fauci would have quit?

WTF, man! Why didn’t Trump hit that eject button?

Expand full comment

I suspect Trump had advisors who cautioned him. He was greatly preoccupied with Russiagate and had insiders constantly undermining him. I suspect he had no clue that those working for him were in fact not working for money which he understood, but they were working for power for themselves.

Spot on, imo.

And who wouldn't be preoccupied with being the target of the greatest public lynching of all time, let alone being essentially a REAL coup d-etat?

But I'll go out on a limb here and say that my recent experience concerning DJT is that he is still being under-estimated politically speaking. The man is more talented than given credit, and this is coming from someone who hopes he decides not to run for POTUS.

I've been around quite a few people who've been fired and laid off in my lifetime, and I'm pretty sure that her statement was just the same typical threat I've heard every time. "They don't realize just how much I do for this company. Once I'm gone, then they'll know just how important I am, and I've got a lot of friends here that'll quit when they find out I got fired." Typical. And childish.

I’m just glad that he stirred the shit like he did. My God, all the corrupt people of every persuasion and stripe. The lies and subterfuge from incredibly powerful people had to be overwhelming at every turn. I’m just thankful that he pretty much had all of our enemies around the world scared and they had a newfound respect and I didn’t care if they thought he was nuts. He made the understandable mistake of assuming that our people were actually on our side. He won’t make that mistake again!

There was a lot more confusion about the true nature of SARS-Covid-19 back then.

Confusion that was used by Statists world-wide to clamp down on autonomous and free-thinking individuals.

Expand full comment

Actually, I don’t think he could. Once the health emergency was enacted and the task force constituted, I believe that all the executive power transferred from Trump to HHS. In addition to the executive power shift to the administrative state, Trump also faced significant political pressure to support the “experts.”

Which is not to excuse many other fumbles, his questionable staff picks, and the fact that he fell for the grift from the beginning.

Our real problem is the emergency powers act as currently constructed. It puts all the power in the hands of unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats and removes virtually all our protections from a government run amok.
