So, funny story……the other day I did some Real Journalism and went out to speak with people on the picket lines outside the local Kaiser medical center. In between honks of support, I pieced together that numerous types of employees were at the site picketing, and they were all looking for deals. I had a pretty good idea of how to approach the story, and then……..
So now I don’t know what’s going on — literally. SEIU Healthcare 1199NW is voting on the proposal (which is not yet public) today. However, many of the people I talked to were in UFCW 555, and it seems like they’re still looking for a deal. Now there’s so many moving parts that it will take a little time for things to settle and the picture to become clear.
All of this is just a long-winded way to say that today’s writing plan blew up in my face. Therefore, today I’m going through my recent bookmarks and quickly touching on some stories I haven’t had a chance to write about.
First up, the long-predicted next step of the “insurrection” plan is finally being unleashed, just a couple months before the first primary elections of the 2024 campaign. Probably a coincidence, right?
This is why the ‘authorities’ are so keen on calling January 6th an “insurrection” — because that’s the magic word that makes Trump ineligible to run. If they can keep him off the ballot in 2 or 3 states, that might seal the election right there. (It’s not like they’re hiding it.)
You might think that experimenting with SARS bats in Montana during 2018 would pose a problem for Fauci……….
……….but he helpfully explained that because UPS vehicles travel outside — in nature, one might say — the natural origins theory doesn’t technically exclude shipping the virus overseas from lab to lab.
Checkmate, “you don’t know what you’re talking about” Rand Paul.
Speaking of Rand Paul, today we have a couple video clips of the Kentucky senator. First up, he speaks eloquently about foreign policy and offers a joint resolution that would require removing our troops from Niger within 30 days.
“We have troops in Niger?” asked the Senate before voting down the resolution 86-11.
Undaunted, yesterday Paul appeared at the “Threats to the Homeland” hearing to grill Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and FBI Director Christopher Wray about the government’s collusion with social media — always a good watch!
Thank you to Texas Lindsay for preparing this clip! (The full video of Paul’s questioning is found here and here.)
Also yesterday on the Joe Rogan Experience, Elon Musk talked about how — before he bought it, of course — Twitter was basically just an extension of government. This is one of my “favorite” topics to scream about.
Speaking of Joe Rogan, he recently talked to Shane Dorian about the importance of the First and Second Amendments, the “flip” of who’s fighting for free speech, AND the disturbing evidence that many mass shooters are on pharmaceuticals — and why the mainstream media won’t talk about it. Not bad for under four minutes!
Props to TheChiefNerd for the clip!
Cori Bush proves Americans “are not sending their best” to Washington DC:
It wasn’t long ago that New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed it was “horrific” when a politician offered to provide transportation to an illegal immigrant — especially to New York City.
Now, Adams is unveiling HIS new, totally morally superior plan, to deal with the effects of illegal immigration on the city:
And the chef’s kiss:
If you’re think about running the math, don’t bother — I already did. It’s $11,400 per month (30 days).
Time is suddenly talking about how the Ukraine war maybe isn’t going so well. Ukraine doesn’t have the weapons to win, and even if it did have the weapons to win it doesn’t have the people to carry them, and even if it did have the people to carry them those weapons would probably be stolen and sold off long before they got to the front lines.
So glad that we can send our money to Ukraine so it can be stolen by a Ukrainian official.
Foreign aid is taking money from the poor people of a rich country and giving it to the rich people of a poor country. — Ron Paul, He Who Was Right
And finally, an update to the “Act Blue” scandal in which donations (thousands of them) were seemingly in the names of unwitting people. Unsurprisingly, “Win Red” — which is basically Act Blue’s GOP counterpart — was (is?) doing the same thing:
Another reason that the GOP are the Washington Generals of the Uniparty.

I'm still a little bit in shock that I get to announce that Screaming into the Void has reached 200 paid subscribers, therefore the current "contest" is over. (Until I hear otherwise, I assume the winner wants to remain anonymous -- cause that's always my default assumption.)
Once again I want to thank the entire community for the support during this insane time we live in! Let's keep growing in 2024!!
Edit: Stealing the pinned post for an update....in Minnesota, a new trial just started to (you guessed it!) keep Trump off the ballot in that state.

Minnesota trial to remove Trump from 2024 election ballot begins
A group of voters in Minnesota are trying to bar Trump from the 2024 ballot under the 14th Amendment, alleging he violated his oath of office by inciting the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack.
----------
I hate to keep repeating myself here, but this is why they cling to the Jan 6th "insurrection" narrative -- which means it's why they won't actually investigate the day or release the video tapes. Their entire plan this election was to stop Trump from appearing on all the ballots -- because democracy is so important, you understand!
On keeping Trump off ballot...
We should similarly demand Biden takes cognitive and neurological tests for dementia. If he fails, he needs to resign (or be fired) immediately.
Now we can find out who doesn't qualify for the 2024 ballot... Haha!
