It’s another Monday, the start of ANOTHER week dealing with your aloof boss:

Until this week, 39-year-old Drew Maggi had been toiling away in the minor leagues for 13 years — during that time only being called up to the majors once and never seeing play. But on Wednesday night, Maggi finally got into a Major League game when he pinch-hit for the Pirates in their big win over the Dodgers.
But life isn’t fair, and Maggi promptly struck out.
However, during Saturday’s blowout win over the Nationals, Maggi got another chance — and this time he didn’t miss it.
Maggi is a testament to the power of resilience in the face of adversity. How many people do you think told him to quit over the course of his career?
