My favorite thing about Presidents Day is that the government takes the day off.
Fun fact: We used to celebrate the holiday on and as “Washington’s Birthday” (February 22nd) until 1971, when the government decided to move this (and other holidays) to Monday — so they could have more three-day weekends. Congress thus decreed observation of Washington’s Birthday be moved to the third Monday of February, ensuring that Washington’s Birthday would never actually fall on Washington’s birthday.
That’s government in a nutshell.

She not only played Chopin, she played that nocturne very well! My experience is playing Chopin's work itself isn't too terrible, but to play Chopin WELL is on a whole other level! His music is at least as much feelings as it is music. Thank you!
